KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Want to look younger? Don't we all?! A British woman claims she took 10 years off her face by simply drinking more water. Could it be possible? We put three local residents to the test to see if the claim is true. For a month they logged their progress and attempted to drink the doctor-recommended amount of water every day.
For women, that's 2.2 liters. It equates to four-and-a-half 16-ounce bottles of water. For men it's a little more; three liters or six 16-ounce bottles of water.
