Henry Perry: Father of KC BBQ inspires local restaurants

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- In honor of Black History Month, FOX 4 is telling the untold stories of Kansas City's African American heroes.

Director of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, Bob Kendrick, joined the FOX 4 morning show to share the story of Henry Perry  who is considered the father of Kansas City barbecue and inducted into the barbecue hall of fame last year.
