The 29-year-old finished third in the Major Leagues with 46 saves, 1.44 ERA and 90 strikeouts in 62.1 innings, according to the team’s press release.

The team did not disclose the terms of the agreement.

Following Holland’s signing, Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer remains as the team’s only arbitration-eligible player who has not signed a contract for 2015.
