LEAVENWORTH, Kan. -- A Leavenworth woman and her dog are the talk of the town, winning Best in Breed at New York City's Westminster Dog Show.

The dog's name is Vance and his accomplishments, and that of his trainer, Beth Todd are impressive.

Todd breeds, trains and shows Belgian Malinois dogs, which are herding or working dogs.

"They're excellent dogs, in fact the police and the military use these now more than the German Shepherds because of their trainability, and this was the breed that took out Osama Bin Laden," Todd said.

Watch the video in the player above to see Vance's happy disposition and the kisses he gave Todd during our video chat with her from New York City.
