Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar set to host first ever oyster eating competition

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar has proclaimed March oyster month and is celebrating with an oyster eating competition, Instagram contest and oyster specials throughout the month. In addition to the proceeds raised from the competition, 10 cents of each oyster shucked during March will be donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

The team that swallows the most oysters will win $1,000 cash and free crab at Jax Fish House for a year.
