Youth meditation encouraged to reduce stress and anxiety

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Janet Nima Taylor, Matt Foster Youth Meditation director, 7-year-old Will Hale shared why they think youth meditation is important. They said the practice is beneficial because children and teens have stress too.  Meditation enables self-soothing, which ultimately results in happier kids.  Watch the video above for tips on how to help youth meditate.
