NAPLES, Fla. --  A Florida woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on her way home from spending time at the pool with her grandson, according to WINK.

Patricia Ebel, 49, was driving herself and her 10-year-old grandson home in her BMW when she crashed into another vehicle that was stopped at an intersection WINK reported.

WINK reported that the arrest report said that responding officers smelled alcohol on Ebel and decided to conduct a field sobriety test.

Ebel, who was only wearing her bikini during the  field sobriety test failed and was arrested at the scene according to WINK.

WINK reported the driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Ebel will face DUI charges, according to WINK. One of the charges will include driving with a .15 or greater blood alcohol content with a minor in the car.

WINK reported that they attempted to contact Ebel, but no one was at the the address listed in the arrest report.
