OLATHE, Kan. -- A man is charged with committing lewd acts in Johnson County. Matthew Winter is accused of exposing himself to several strangers, including a police officer, and is charged with seven counts of lewd/lascivious behavior.

According to court documents, prosecutors say Winter exposed himself twice in January, once in February, three times in April, and this past Sunday. He’s accused of exposing himself to strangers in public in the presence of someone who wasn’t his wife.

Court papers reveal the strangers range in age from 29 to 63 years old. Investigators won't say where in Johnson County the alleged acts occurred.

Winter was arrested Thursday morning, but later posted a surety bond after the amount was set at $10,000. When FOX 4 stopped by his home, no one answered the door. The home has been up for sale since late January.

He’s due back in court on May 27.
