Year-long job training program prepared graduates with special needs for careers

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- Six students with special needs have earned their diploma, graduating from a special year-long job training program at Truman Medical Center Lakewood.

FOX 4 photojournalist Jon Haiduk takes us inside the unique and challenging program and shows us the skills and self confidence they gained from it.
