KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Yoga experts claim that yoga can be very beneficial to pregnant and post-natal women. Ashley Walburn of HOme Holistics and a few other moms visited FOX 4 to show off some of their favorite poses. The moms even brought along their little yoga partners to show how you can incorporate your baby into your workout. Watch the video above for tips.
