KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two women called police to the area of 46th & Jarboe,  north of the Country Club Plaza, after they say they were robbed and assaulted by two other women.

One of the victims said she was pulled by her hair to the ground when she refused to give up her property. The other victim says she was struck in the head and shoulder with a brick when she refused to give up her car keys.

The suspect with the brick fled the scene in the victim’s car, which was later stopped by officers just north of Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd. and South Benton.
