KCMO police search for man who allegedly robbed Westport hotel

Police said a man entered the Marriott on Westport Road and demanded money before fleeing the scene.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police in Kansas City, Missouri are investigating a robbery that occurred at a hotel early Friday morning.

They say a man walked in to the Marriott at Westport and Mill around 3:50 a.m.

Police say the man displayed a gun, and they believe he got away with money.

He was last seen running down Westport Road.

Police say no one was injured.
