KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Drivers needing to cross the river to get home to the Northland might experience some additional delays Monday afternoon on the way home.

Many already know about the road construction on I-29 northbound at I-35, closing the left lane.  (That road work is expected to be complete at the end of August.)

On Monday, a two-vehicle collision closed the left lane at I-35 northbound past Armour Road/210 Highway.

According to the highway patrol, the vehicles were already moved to the shoulder at 4:15 p.m., and the accident was non-injury. It was expected to be cleared at 4:55 p.m.
