OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- FBI agents and Overland Park Police have a home surrounded Friday afternoon.

According to an FBI spokesperson federal agents descended on a gray, ranch-style house near Lamar and 101 Street in Overland Park to execute a search warrant. The spokesperson will not say what or who the agents are looking for because it involves an ongoing investigation.

One neighbor told FOX 4 that around noon the feds busted through the front door of the home. The neighbor says he heard "pounding sounds" inside the house.

“Thomas is a CPA for Assured Management Company, and he quit his business. And he's starting a new business and all of his clients fired him and they audited him, and I'm sure they found out something. I've just been putting this together from what I can handle," said Tiffany Buckley who arrived home to the commotion late Friday afternoon.

Buckley said she had no idea about the investigation until her landlord called her Friday and told her she had to be out by the end of August. She claims the man who she refers to as "Thomas" lied to her about the investigation.

This a developing story. FOX 4 will continue to monitor the situation. Refresh this page for the latest or watch FOX 4 news at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
