Crab Rolls

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 8-oz package imitation crab
  • 1 8-oz container of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of seafood seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 4 split top buns

Shred crab meat in bowl. Mix in yogurt, chopped celery, and seasoning.  Spread melted butter on bun and toast. Fill bun with crab mix.

Nutritional information per serving: Calories 202; Total fat 1.5 g; Protein 11.8 g ; Fiber 2.5g
