Grain Valley police search for burglary suspect

GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. — Police in Grain Valley say they are searching for a suspect who is wanted in connection to a burglary that occurred late Wednesday morning.

According to a post from Grain Valley Police on Facebook, the burglary occurred around 11 a.m. in the 1200 block of Baytree Drive.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s with brown/red hair, scraggly goatee. Police say the suspect was wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt that displayed a white logo on the front.

A photo of the suspect has not yet been released.

Police say the suspect was last seen heading west from the area on foot.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
