MOUNDSVIEW, Minn. -- The Minnesota State Patrol slowly chased a driver who could hardly see over the steering wheel, and it was all caught on camera.

That driver was an eight-year-old boy.

The chase actually happened a few months ago, but the state police just released the dash-cam video this week.

The young driver was wearing pajamas. He and two younger siblings took the car for a 20-mile ride, hitting a state police car along the way.

The kid eventually stopped in someone's driveway. Police say the boy has a history of running away from his foster family.
