Trade in the sandwich for a healthy wrap

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Nutrition experts say getting enough protein in your diet is key to helping build strength . Fitness expert Terri Allen shared one of her favorite lunch recipes that will challenge the traditional sandwich but still fuel your body for the day ahead.

Ingredients: 

1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
4 slices 1oz Sliced turkey
1 cup Shredded spinach
1 cup Diced tomatoes
2 Large tortilla
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Lay tortilla out flat
Spread plain greek yogurt on tortilla
Spread shredded mozzarella cheese
Lay turkey slices
Add tomatoes and spinach

Roll up tightly and slice into 1/2 in pieces
