Gary from KC Physiques shares tips on health and fitness

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Gary VanRoss, the owner of KC Physiques, stopped by the FOX 4 studio on Sunday to show viewers some simple exercises you can do at home or in the office, and to share some information on the three key parts of fitness; nutrition, resistance training and cardio.

VanRoss also spoke about his nonprofit organization called Flex for Vets, which helps give military veterans the tools they need to stay healthy and fit.
