KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Self-proclaimed besties Lorenzo Cain and Salvador Perez answered some serious questions Monday during World Series Media Day, but the two also goofed off during media interviews.

The teammates have referred to their close relationship as a 'bromance' and insisted they sit beside each other, where they switched name tags and horsed around for the cameras.

Salvy took control of MLB`s Snapchat during World Series Media Day and called himself the “number one” reporter as he asked Cain how it feels to be in the World Series and then jokingly asked why they call Cain “so fast.”

But all jokes aside, Cain called Salvy the "rock of the Royals" and admired his fun-loving personality away from the field.

“The other side, you will probably have to look on Instagram to see it,” Cain said. “There`s a lot of videos he posts of everything, but he`s a great teammate. A loving guy, a guy who just loves to have fun, laid back, he keeps us all together."

Meanwhile - questions for Mike Moustakas veered away from baseball when he was asked which teammates he feels have the best haircuts.  His answer was Eric Hosmer and Drew Butera.
