Sweeten up those Thanksgiving leftovers with cranberry mayo

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Thanksgiving has come and gone and you likely have lots of food left over. Chef Eric Quisenberry from The Well shared a recipe for cranberry mayo that pairs well on a rotisserie turkey sandwich.

Cranberry mayo

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups mayo
1/4 Cup Cranberry sauce
1 tsp. Whole grain Dijon mustard
1 Tb. Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup Apple, finely chopped
1/4 cup pear, finely chopped
