KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Police are asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects accused of stealing a large quantity of cologne and perfume from Ulta Beauty store, 9120 N. Skyview Ave.

It happened on Oct 26 at about noon. According to the police report, the suspects entered the store at about 11:55 a.m. The suspects were observed loading merchandise into shopping bags and were asked several times by Ulta employees if they needed help.

One Ulta employee asked the male suspect if she could hold the bags while they finished shopping and he reportedly asked her why she should do that.

She observed the suspect walk past the last point of sale and leave the store. A fellow employee followed them outside and the male suspect turned around and said ‘You don’t want to do this.’

The couple got into a gray SUV with a possible Florida license plate starting with the letters  “AFT”.
