Light Hashed Brown Potato Casserole

1 32-oz bag frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
¼ cup chopped onion
Pinch of pepper
1/3 cup of light margarine
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup light sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (reduced fat and sodium)
1/2 cup crushed bran flakes cereal
Spray a 13x 9 baking pan with nonstick spray coating. Combine all ingredients, except crushed bran flakes in bowl; spread in baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Add crushed bran flakes and bake 5 minutes longer.
