Deborah Cross’ spicy shrimp guacamole

2 firm but ripe avocados peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic
juice 1 lime
2 T sirracha sauce
1/2 c cilantro leave minced
1/2 c canned mexican corn
1/2 can mexican/lime rotel, including juice
1/2 lb large shrimp cut in half
salt to taste
Gently toss all ingredients in glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap pressed against top of dip, for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Serve with tortilla chips
