WB I-70 reopens after accident involving two tractor-trailers near Odessa

ODESSA, Mo. -- The westbound lanes of I-70 near Odessa are back open after an accident involving two tractor-trailers Thursday morning.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the accident happened just after 4 a.m., at 131 Highway and resulted in one of the tractor trailers blocking the highway.

As of 7:10 a.m., both lanes were open and traffic was moving.  Drivers no longer need to use an alternative route.

No injuries were reported in the accident.
