A handcuffed, 28-year-old Sean Dow stood before a judge in Olathe on two charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Dow was expected to enter a plea Friday. However his attorney, Paul Warson, asked that the hearing be postponed for 60 days so that he could confer with Jackson Country prosecutors regarding similar charges there.

Dow was an instructor at Funky Munky Music in Shawnee, and according to investigators the children he's accused of inappropriately touching were customers at the shop.

Dow remains in the Johnson County jail and will return to court on May 11.
