KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The Kansas City, Kan., police department announced a new policy that will go into effect Friday evening at the Legends Outlet.

The policy says that after 9 p.m., anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is 21-years old or older. The police includes those who plan to go to the AMC Legends 14 theater.

In addition to the new policy, Legends Outlets reminds shoppers that there is no yelling, no running, no loitering, no physical violence, no obscene language and no damaging property.
