Enjoy a night out for a good cause with Sporting KC’s Seth Sinovic

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City native and Sporting KC defender Seth Sinovic visited FOX 4 on Tuesday, March 22 to talk about the team's success and a cool event he is hosting called "Uncork for a Cause." The event will be Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.,  at the InterContinental on the Plaza. All the money raised benefits the Victory Project. The Victory Project is an organization that helps kids who have cancer. Sinovic says each week an honorary kid gets to visit a Sporting KC practice and meet the players. That honorary child then gets to come back to watch the team play.

Uncork for a cause will also a feature an auction with the following items:

  • Seth Sinovic signed gamed used jersey
  • Seth Sinovic signed game used cleats
  • Eric Hosmer signed game used cleats
  • Mike Moustakas signed game used batting helmet
