Put items in blender and blend until smooth

  • 1 bananas
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 can black beans (approx. 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup baby kale
  • 1 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
