Pineapple Cucumber Salad
Makes 6 servings ( ½ cup)
1 pineapple chopped
1 medium cucumber
1/3 cup cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine pineapple, cucumber and cilantro. Half limes and squeeze juice over salad. Toss and chill before serving.
