Chiefs 2016 preseason opponents announced, with a trip to LA included

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs' four preseason opponents were revealed on Thursday, and the former Governor's Cup game against the Rams will take place at the franchise's new home in Los Angeles.

The dates and times have yet to be determined, but the order is as follows:

  • Game 1: Chiefs play the Seattle Seahawks at Arrowhead Stadium
  • Game 2: Chiefs play the Los Angeles Rams at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum
  • Game 3: Chiefs play the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field
  • Game 4: Chiefs play the Green Bay Packers at Arrowhead Stadium

The Chiefs say that dates and times will be announced when schedules are finalized, but the first week's games will fall between August 11 and 15.
