NEW YORK — Jimmy Fallon and Adam Sandler tipped their cowboy hats to the troops filling Studio 6B in Rockefeller Center with a hilarious (although not exactly child-friendly) parody of Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places.”

The comedians performed their tune “Friends on All the Bases” during the Tonight Show on Wednesday to the packed house of servicemen and women in New York for Fleet Week.

It was a funny and heartfelt way to thank the men and women in uniform getting some well-deserved time to cut loose and have fun in the big city.
