19-year-old dead, another injured after shooting in KCK

KANSAS CITY, Kan. –Police in Kansas City, Kan., are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and sent another to the hospital.

Police responded to 47th and Richmond around 10:45 p.m., Tuesday.

They say two men in separate cars shot at each other.

Eduardo F. Celestin, 19, of Olathe, Kan., died at the hospital from his wounds. The other man left the scene. Police met up with him around 50th and State Avenue.

The second man is now in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
