DALLAS — A special moment on the streets of Dallas was caught on camera on Sunday.

A video posted by CNN says that during a Black Lives Matter protest a counter-protest started across the street.

The video shows clips from each side of the street, but then something special happens.

A leader from each group met in the middle. The groups then decided to cross the street and join forces. As they did they can be seen exchanging hugs and greeting each other with phrases of hope.

“It’s time for us to stop this today. No more walls,” one protester says.

Another protesters says, “Today we’re going to show the rest of the country how we came together.”

The protesters as well as one of officers who had been protecting the protesters gatherĀ in a circle to pray for the city of Dallas before heading home.
