KCMO police investigating 2 separate shootings that left 3 people injured

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Mo., police are investigating two separate shootings that happened Sunday night.

Police say just after 11 p.m., a shooting victim showed up at a fire department.

Police believe that shooting happened near 110th Street and Sycamore Terrace, which is close to Ruskin High School.

That shooting victim’s injuries are described as critical.

The other shooting happened around 9:15 p.m.

Police said there was a crash around Winner Road and I-425. Two people were shot, but they’re expected to be okay.
