Police ID victim in shooting near Lexington and Bales

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police were at the scene of a shooting in Kansas City Tuesday evening that left a man dead.

Police were called to the scene near Lexington and Bales on a reported shooting at about 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found a white male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim died at the scene.

Police identified the victim Wednesday as 34-year-old Dustin Harris. No suspect information was released.
