KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- There's a product that promises to help you cook-- especially eggs-- effortlessly.

It's called, very simply:  the Red Copper Pan.

FOX 4's Kerri Stowell met with Chef Matt Chatfield, of Roth Living, to 'try it before you buy it.'

"It's got a nice thickness to it. It's not too think, so that's going to make it a more even-cooking surface," said Chatfield.

The Red Copper Pan retails for $20. It's made of ceramic and copper and claims it won't scratch, chip or peel into your food.

Chef Matt put the pan to the test with a couple of eggs, but NO butter and NO grease.

"A lot of people, especially home cooks, don't want to mess with a lot of cleanup. They want a great nonstick pan that's going to last," said Chef Matt.
