After elderly man assaulted in Jackson Co., police release pictures of man they want to question

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Authorities released pictures of the man they believe assaulted and robbed an elderly man on Sunday, Nov. 27. Photos show a white male, possibly in his early 20s, wearing a camouflage cap, multi-colored flannel shirt, black pants and tennis shoes. He was getting inside a Kia Sorrento that is white. The Sorrento has damage, most notably red transfer paint on the driver’s side door.

The elderly man was assaulted in the area of MO 7 Highway and the County Line in Jackson County. If you can help authorities identify this man, they’d like to hear from you so they can find him and question him.
