LIBERTY, Mo. — Liberty police say they caught two thieves napping inside a stolen car in the 400 block of Kingsley on Wednesday morning.
Police say they found 31-year-old Rebecca Nusair and 28-year-old John Mackey sleeping inside a stolen car. Inside the car officers say they found stolen mail and packages that were supposed to be delivered to Liberty addresses.
