KCK police investigate homicide after body found on Troup Avenue

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Police are conducting a homicide investigation in Kansas City, Kan. Saturday.

Police said that a dead body was found inside a residence in the 800 block of N. Troup.

Police identified the victim on Monday as 24-year-old Tabitha Newbill, of Kansas City, Kan.

The incident remains under investigation. No suspect is in custody.
