Cinnamon pear holiday smoothie

Serves 1

1/2 small ripe pear

1/2 small ripe banana, peeled

1 scoop Performance Inspired™  vanilla whey protein powder

1/2 cup water

3-4 ice cubes

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste)

1 pinch of ground nutmeg

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend​
