CAMERON, Mo. — Things are back to normal at the Crossroads Correction Center in Cameron after a weekend disturbance behind bars.

The disturbance involved more than 200 inmates and started in the prison mess hall Saturday night.  There are no reports of injuries and no significant damage to property, according to corrections officials.

An updated news relief from the Department of Corrections said the situation was resolved about six hours later, with no major injuries to staff or any of the offenders.
