4 free things you can do to stay cool this summer

We are mid summer and temperatures are hot, but Consumer Reporter Steve Noviello has four ways you can keep your cool for free.  From small meals to an ice cold breeze he shares freebies for more comfortable conditions.

  • Eat small meals - digesting large meals makes your body temp rise
  • Place a bowl of ice in front of your fan - creates a cooler breeze
  • Run wrists under cold water to chill pulse points
  • Store moisturizer in the fridge -- it adds an extra chill
