Joe’s Forecast: Spring rains about to really get going

A cold front will move through the region on Thursday and while we'll warm up ahead of the front into the early afternoon...chillier air will move in in the afternoon and allow the temperatures to fall off towards rush hour. Winds will be increasing to 30 MPH or so in gusts. Friday looks nice before the next system comes through early in the weekend.
