Alyssa Mueller joined the FOX4 News team as a digital producer in June 2023 and is very excited to be telling the stories of Kansas City!
Alyssa grew up in Washington, Illinois. Growing up, she was involved in competitive cheerleading and her school’s newspaper. This is where she decided to pursue a degree in journalism.
She later graduated from the University of Missouri – School of Journalism in 2023. She studied Broadcast Journalism with an emphasis in Broadcast and Digital Producing.
Before joining the FOX4 team, Alyssa was a digital producer, reporter, anchor and broadcast producer at KOMU 8 in Columbia, Missouri. Alyssa covered anything from crime to feature stories impacting the communities of mid-Missouri.
When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys cheering on the Missouri Tigers and Chiefs, working out and spending time with friends and family.
