Kelli Peltier is a Kansas City native and is very happy to be telling the stories of her hometown!
She’s a Bishop Miege and Baker University graduate and couldn’t be prouder to be an alumna of both. After graduating with her B.S. in Mass Media, she spent three years as a multimedia journalist and Anchor in Topeka, Kansas.
She’s most proud of the Kansas Association of Broadcasters award that she won for a story featuring a lifelong Chiefs fan who died right before they won the Super Bowl in 2020.
The most rewarding part of her job is meeting people in the community and knowing that her stories are making a positive impact and creating change.
She says faith and family are what she values the most. When she’s not on TV, you can find her giving God the glory, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and working out!
