KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- It's one of the most costly drugs ever for a chronic condition. A pill called Kalydeco was approved last year for some cystic fibrosis patients. It costs about $300,000 a year.

FOX 4 Medical Reporter Meryl Lin McKean checked back with a Kansas City man who started taking the drug a year ago to see if it's been worth it.
