KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A new government report finds the percentage of Americans who are severely obese (at least 80 pounds overweight) will nearly triple in the next two decades if there aren't big changes.

FOX 4 Medical Reporter Meryl Lin McKean says some people in the metro are getting free help in making those changes.
