Your young children know how they feel, they just don't know how to say it or express it.  Meg Fuehne, from The Family Conservancy, offered some great ideas to help parents help their young children identify, understand and express their feelings, especially as they get ready to head back to school.

If you use it everyday-keep it on your desk.
If you use it every week-keep it in your desk.
If you use it once per month-keep it somewhere in your office.
If you use it less than once per month-store it outside of office space.

For info from Meg and the folks at the Family Conservancy, give them a call at (913) 342-1110 or visit them online: thefamilyconservancy.org.
