Zesty Watermelon Gazpacho from weight loss blogger Cindy Newland of Intentionally Eat


2 cups watermelon

3 large tomatoes

1 small cucumber

1 small poblano pepper, cored

1 small garlic clove, peeled

1/2 small onion

1/4 small serrano pepper optional

1 small bunch cilantro

1- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar depending on the sweetness of your watermelon

salt and pepper to taste
